Hey, no sadface! Geos rock! My friend Matt drove an automatic Geo Metro FOREVER! It simply would... not... die, and he drove it like he was qualifying for NASCAR. We called it the "Mighty Mighty Geo". It finally threw a rod while running 80 mph down the interstate. Matt said he could hear the pieces bouncing away underneath his car when it exploded.
What a sad day.  What's really funny is picturing Matt in a Geo. He's 6'3" and has weighed between 260-325 lbs ever since I've known him. He didn't get in the Geo, he put it on.  ~YR
