I mounted my pioneer 4x75 watt amp underneath my passenger seat with the help of a couple pieces of wood under the carpet. Screwed it right in. Plenty of ventilation. Plenty of space to tinker with things. And it didn't move any of the things everyone seems to be worried about. If i figure out how to put pics up here i will do so.
