@ charliexx, handa ka lang ng mga insulation materials na kakailanganin natin, sa mga repair shops ng AC at ref, marami sila dun...

oo, tapos bahala na si pao sa cable tie, hehe.. mas ok kung madadala mo sa Friday, tirahin natin dun... ano na nga ba size nung insulator?

ang tagal na pla thread na ito.

Ano naman naging effect sa mga gen1 /gen2 yaris owner? saken gen 3 meron nang insulation partial sa suction line (toyota factory-installed) pero di lahat ng suction line nilagyan ng insulation..

sinubukang ko lagyan ng insulation yong buong suction line kaso napansin ko biglang tumaas yong engine temp ko napalo sa 96degC sa highway speed (via OBD2 monitoring). tinanggal ko yong kinabit kong insulation nag normal naman nasa 86-88 nalang ngayon summer kahit high speed sa highway pa at ambient temp nasa 44-45degC...

so napag-isipan ko baka nagdudulot din ng high discharge pressure/temperature sa condenser and yong condenser alam natin nasa harap lang ng radiator kaya kung mainit siya iinit din radiator.
