Car is turning over
Hi everyone, I put everything back together and started the car and it just turns over, I wonder if it's the fuel pressure regulator that could be faulty because I did mangle it up a little trying to cram it in the filter housing, does any one else know why my car is not starting? I hear the sending unit operating as I turn over the engine, but doesn't start otherwise. I suspect the fuel pump, but it's brand new and cost $39.00 it is a Sap™ brand. Please help anyone.

When you crush the regulator you actually increase the fuel pressure. Have you verified that fuel is getting to the rail?
