has anyone used these caps on 14 inch wheels? I have a european toyota corolla!

What's ugly is the unpainted, rusty, threaded end of the hub protruding in the center of the wheels. A bit of judiciously applied black Rustoleum could help a lot. I think the black steelies look as good as any of the black mags folks are putting on these days.
