oil filter

Better to use OEM for warranty been a couple guys on here report having to replace there timing chain and gears after only 9000miles hope there is not a lot of engines out there doing that we expect a lot better from toyotahttp://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2610

i used oem oil filter, castrol oil, 10w-30

My Toyota dealership said they use Union 76 oil.

Every dealership uses different oil, one of the local Toyota dealerships uses Citco, and another uses Pensoil... just depends what local vendor your dealership wants to use
