Q....setback is? If it's the star bolts check out Northern Tool if you have one close by. I would say Sears but they might be iffy. If the stars are stuck spray with PB Blaster (Napa) and let them soak. Remove with tools using loosen a little ....tighten a little. Was going to use my air powered stuff but thought better of it as they probably would have snapped.

That first pull can be a pain. Like it just doesn't want to move, then all of a sudden it comes out, and you hopefully don't fall.

i removed the rear seat because i wanted a more level storage area. found the proper socket at Autozone to remove the bolts. i left the seat support in and bolted the wood frame to it. also didnt want to remove the spare so i just raised the floor to level it out.

And it's not (according to my "test") a regular star bolt(torx head) it's like a regular bolt but with the torx head.....if that makes ANY since

You can leave the seatbelts in for now, just remove the backseats and see if you like them out.

i took mine out ages ago.. i had the 60/40.. the rear spare tire cover does NOT stay put, i repeat DOES NOT STAY PUT. i ended up taking it out.. also it bumped my rear back up to stock height, so i had to adjust my coilovers...and the car is now front end heavier in losing 100 lbs in the rear...so i gotta brake a lil sooner and lighter...
but its all worth it in the end, now i corner and race around town like a champ... sold my backseat to justjesus...

it is called external torx. They are relatively new from what i recall. My socket set was set up to remove them just fine. But the set was made to deal with like every single possible bolt you could come across.
