Will this rim fit?

Hey All!

I found this rim on Craigslist and think it may work, but I'm not too sure. It's a 15 inch steelie thats 4-100...but he's not sure if its 15 x 5.5

The current tire on it is a 185/65R/15. Does anyone know if this is probably a 15 x 5.5 rim size? Here's a pic from his ad:
