What about expanding it to output to any Windows CE portable nav device? I think that would open it up to more buyers.

Very interesting/interested. If it would also show throttle position, A/F ratio, coolant temp, and direction car is moving (N,S,E,W) as gauges (rather than digits) I might even be motivated enough to buy a GPS...
Oops, misread OP. I thought OP was asking if there is interest in developing such a product. I guess I will have to look into the Garmin website... |

$99.99 MSRP in the US...
ecoRoute™ HD A bit too expensive for me, considering there are cheaper alternatives... Cheers! M2

So is it essentially just a cable? And it plugs into most Garmins to then display all this info?

Does it do metric units? Would like to see consumption in litres and economy in L/100km.

The video didn't answer my question. I searched for it and it sh9owed me a picture of a cable so I'm basically just confused as to whether or not this product is a program, a cable, or a machine (the last being the most unlikely, since it has a compatibility list)

Cool gadget. Too bad it will also be used by car sellers to "fix" all their cars' codes...

It is actually more economical than buying a GPS AND an OBD2 reader like ScanGauge. One less devicecluttering your dash and the GPS screen appararently can display sensor outputs as dials instead of as digital readouts. Reading back my post, I haveto laugh because what I wrote sounds like I am a Garmin salesman but I have no affiliation with Garmin or OP. I am just stoked that I finally have a reason to buy a GPS PLUS the OBD2 functions are exactly what I want! More research (for me) is in order bu I think I will be buying one of these soon... |

One of the pics shows Fuel Used 0.30 L, and the OP is in the United Kingdom, so I would say obviously yes.
