ok, cuz it almost looks like it fits the little silver plastic trim piece above the trunks of sedans, would be cool to have replacement options if you dont want chrome

Could you post a picture of a car with one of them actually installed. I still don't know what they are for. It really helps if people can see it in context.

Thanks,

Greg

I would assume they cover the indent on the front bumper cover:

If you look closely at the chin of OPs car, you can see where these inserts can be fitted quite nicely

I'd get one in a heartbeat except we get tickets for no front license plates where I live in the People's Republic of California.

. It's good that you have a sense of humor about this. I see Texas and California as two misbehaving school children who each (for different reasons) need to (proverbially) be dragged to the principal's office. The difference is that I can pretty much avoid the effects of and supporting policies and practices in Texas that I don't like by making different choices, whereas in California I can't do that unless I avoid using more than the tank of gas I came in with, bring in my own food and drink, and use Airbnb/stay with family/friends....and I prefer NOT to do most (if not all) of those things.

Texas isn't misbehaving, they are doing it they way it was suppose to be done on most things. Now california? yea they're cracked. So is most of new england. Mass is full of total lunatics that belong in an asylum.

Toyota is moving their national headquarters from Torrance, California to Texas.

If you rent a U Haul it costs more to drive one out of California than to drive one in because so many people are leaving.
