How far down the engine bay does an AEM go anyways? And would you have to be driving through pretty deep water to have the CAI suck water up? =\
I'd love a CAI, but the whole hydrolock thing scares me..

I guess I interpreted the OP's question as "what do YOU prefer" rather than "what do you think everyone else is going to choose."
If I want to drive through 3 feet of water, I have a truck for that. |

I'm more partial to the short ram like AFE, it comes with a nice tidy heat shield, and with a bit of skill you could add a scoop on your hood to force fresh air into there...
