Ended up buying from toyotapartsoverstock dot com.... not exactly cheap, and it took quite a while to get the springs & insulators. One of the old springs really just had a bit chipped/rusted off the very end of it- seemed kind of extreme to fail the inspection for that, but I will say the ride has improved and most of the clunking I'd get on rough roads has gone away. My '12 is also pretty clunky, too, but I'm wondering if it has more to do with the rubber insulators than the springs themselves...
