dug my rack out of storage, going to need to be cut down a bit and I need to finalize how I will bolt it on. Can't find just the bolts online from Thule, have to buy the whole towers so I need to check Mcmaster or fastenal etc. to find something that will work. Also got the second front lift closer to finished, I may actually get it installed this weekend if the bathroom works goes fast enough. Ordered a set of threaded inserts to mount this and they will arrive by Monday next week. I'll get it set and ready to go on the weekend then drill and mount next week.

Project isn't dead, just slowed. I got 20 min to finish the second front lift. So they are ready to install and after yesterdays 2' of snow and the floor dragging I'd like it in there now. I also got the riv-nuts in from amazon so I can mount the rack. Hopefully this weekend, the bathroom is about half done, so when I get to laying tile, I'll have wait time between laying and grouting that I hope to get the lifts in front and back and report on how they work. As long as the honey do list doesn't get added too that is.

Well. Still no time to install the lift, this is the reason but getting closer to finished. I am not a fast as I was prior to a bad Motorcycle crash involving a deer slamming into me from the side and ruining my left leg and hip. Doing tile at 44 and being a gimp this is taking 2-3 X longer than it would have. But once done I get garage time again!

Tile looks good! I spent the weekend doing tile in my kitchen.
6x36 pieces on a 55 year old floor are a pain in the rear.

I bet, that's 18x18 travertine stone. floor was nice and level for me, 1" boards with 1/2" ply on top, but the tiles were different thickness sometimes being natural stone. having to lift one up to re-level by either adding or removing thinset sucks LOL. Took me from Friday evening till end of day Sunday to lay the 110 square feet. I was beat out.

Looks great! I love that tub, we're going with something similar in our bathroom and I think I bought the same faucet, lol.

So, I got to do some work on the car! Installed the Thule roof rack rails. Went ok, had a couple of the riv-nuts spin on me but sorted them. It's a little noisy but not real bad. looking forward to throwing the basket on when I get it ordered. Hoping some night this week to get the lift in, I need a good 2-3 hours un-interrupted for that though. Depends on weather as one of the decks decided to come off the house on Friday so I need to address that as soon as I can get to it, need the 5' of snow around it to melt down some.

Also Stopped into the local shop I used when I need inspections and other stuff I can't do at home and they can get the Grabber ATX for the same price as the best deal I can find online so I can just call them, order and bring the wheels in for install. Love that.
