homemade "time attack" wheels?
Is there anyone out there who has tried to stripe there wheels and give them that "time attack" look. If ju dono gwat eye-yam talk'n'bout,whoop here it iz!

i haven't but my friends have ... all they did was buy the reflective tape that they sell for the motorcycles and stick them onto the rims ... i think they look better then the plain red stripe cuz it has a reflective to it at nite ... during the day it's just red or whatever color you bought ... you can find the reflective tape on ebay or motorcycle shops

You're in LA. I'll bet you some paint shop out by you will paint you a stripe on for 10 bucks a wheel or something cheap like that.
