Civil Engineers at work, expecting the best and preparing aptly for it. Anyone else notice that the Culvert finally "raised" and then continued on down the stream?

Thanks for posting this - another reason to avoid "flooded" roads.

There are people that wonder why don't drive when flooded signs are posted on road ways.
