Need a new windscreen

Morning all- lovely cold Melbourne mornings out in Doncaster- drive up the road with the demister and "CRACK"- nice line in the top laminate.
So I'm up for a new windscreen.
I'd be glad of any recommendations as to who does the best job.
Preferably Eastern Suburbs- or close to the CBD.
Been told to avoid O'Briens- but then again that was only the first bloke I asked.
Seem to be a fair few that do OnSite fitting but I remember a TV show filming some of these folk making mistakes in touching the glass too soon etc- so they may be not to especially well trained.
