better mileage w/ skinner tires
normally our chevy aveo has 185-60-14's. i recently "upgraded" to 14" aluminum wheels w/ 175-65-14 tires....
w/ 185's the aveo typically would get about 7L/100km hwy in the summer....this last tank of mostly highway w/ some stop and go on it was 6.17L/100km. i usually do 120-130km/h on the highway (about 100 on hwy 6) i was pleasently surprised -- i didnt think it would make that huge of a difference...
