Rim Color

So I want to pick up some new rims for my Yaris (meteorite metallic hatch). Probably going to stick with 15"s, but I'm not too sure. Anyway, I'm trying to decide on a rim color. The ones I am looking at are the Konig Feathers (not dead set yet) and can't decide between black or silver. I'm a bit worried that black rims of that size will look like the stock steelies, but then again, they might look good. Any thoughts or recommendations ?

Go for the black konig feathers. They're a nice gloss black, and the spokes go to the lip. Also get some silver lugs, so that they don't look like painted hubcaps. You can get some pin striping tape from an auto parts store, and put it into the groove area that already is on the lip of the feather.

That looks way awesome! I think I might just do that, thanks!

And yeah, I was going to drop it with TRD springs too.

Yeah, I love bronze wheels, but I dunno how I feel about them with a silver car. I haven't actually ever seen that combination before. Might look amazing, might not.. Those red ones look pretty sexy too though.

I have also black ,not really black ,antrasite maybe rims. Dotz Las Vegas.17.
It looks nice on the car ,anyway I like it and people like it.
First thing they notice are rims.
Anyhow I think they are too heavy for the car so I will be dropping them after sommer. Also I use almost 1 liter more fuel with these wheels contra Toyota original rims.

The Yaris 2d HB a really strange in certain respects, at least for me.
Certain colors/combos that would I never like on any other car looks rather nice on the Yaris.

In fact, I hate white cars but, I find the white Yaris strangely apealing.

Anyway, go with your own instincts. Your yaris will love you for it

wish i had a colour of car i could pull off a funky colour of rim like red or green or something. red only lends itself to silver, gunmetal, black, bronze, white, gold...not colour colours...

Gunmetal is a good idea, I really dig the color myself to contrast with the red, but I think I saw on this forum some place an absolutely red with dark rims and just a thin red line in it and/or a combination or red and black. Looked awesome!
