right now I have him peering out from my back window at other drivers.... but he doesnt look very permanent.... he's about 8 x10 inches

He's gotten a lotta looks, lol

I know a guy in Portland where I used to work who could probably do it for you. Let me know how big you want it (keep in mind quality is based off of how big/good the original file you send is) and I can call him to see and get a price.

They should arrest you for obscenity what you want is a sign shop that says digital imaging, but really, I think some of the little children might find it unpleasantly disturbing

My guy has access to a solvent printer (they do wraps) so if you want it to look just like that, let me know.

^ Astroman has the goods, you need to use that method. I played with the graphic and can't turn it into a line drawing that looks good -- way too much detail.

any surface will work. I am finishing up my design and it will be partly on the glass. Prep is your main key. Make sure the glass is really clean before applying the vinyl.
