Walmart...
I love Walmart...
It was held on with a single piece of rope and one of those big black bungee cords. The orange bits are just eh, for warning, you know. Like when you have a long piece of wood hanging off a truck and you put a rag on the end? What is the law, like 1 square foot of red?

Wow, I would have called the local police/highway patrol. That's extremely unsafe!
