Woo Hoo! 52!
It took two and a half years, but I finally got that first 50+ MPG tank! After I filled it up and did the math, I was at 52 MPG. I have a mix of pure rural roads and then city roads (it is an odd mixture). I found that, for me, keeping it at 35 to 40 MPH seems to work best. Once the schools let out and there are less cars it seems to go better for me. It is those blasted stop that kill me. I have ScanGuage II and it isn't very accurate, but it gives me feedback, which helps greatly.
So, what is next? The mile-high club?
