Grievances
from a fellow OFW:
FYI, i've sent 2 boxes with presents to my family in the Philippines for Christmas thru NORTH & SOUTH EXPRESS CARGO in Riyadh KSA, via AIR CARGO last December 8, 2010, weighing more the 80kilos, unfortunately until now my family have not received it yet. It's been more than 3 weeks now, however they promised that it would reach my place after 2 weeks from the shipping date. I've been informed of the shipping backlogs since this month is in peak season,...BUT!!! the company should have anticipated this and have planned something so as not to delay the shipment on expected date. If not, they should have advised us not to send via AIR CARGO since it would arrive in the Philippines the same time via SEA CARGO. What's behind all these SH!T ? I've paid the required amount for the shipping cost, they even compelled me to have one of the boxes crated since there are some fragile items in it. I should have otherwise sent those cargos thru another company. Sa mga kabayan, maging maingat lang po sa pagpili ng shipping company to send your cargo. To the manager of the aforementioned company: PLEASE, IF YOU REALLY MEAN BUSINESS, I MEAN MORE THAN BUSINESS. But i think, you have gained more than enough business with me. mga kayaris ! mag iingat din po tayo sa mga companies para sa mga pagpapadala ng bagahe natin, ang hirap isipin na inaantay ng mga pamilya natin ung mga pabagahe natin at makita lang natin na tuwang tuwa sila kapag nareceive nila ang pabagahe natin ay sapat na para mawala ang pagod sa pagttrabaho dito sa saudi...tapos ganito pa ang mangyayari.....
