Led Footwell Lighting
Came across this at Ikea the other day. This light is adjustable in color range and can even fade in and out from color to color or choose a solid color and remain there. The power supply would be discarded at it is for 110V use but the cool thing is it is 12v DC so direct hookup will be fine. All led lighting and fairly cheap because dealer bought similar runs close to $200. This is $39.

That's a really good find.
And to save its power cord, one could just use a cheap inverter in the 12v socket. Don't like it, simply unplug and use elsewhere or sell it.
