Yes, you are going to rub like crazy with either offsets (especially with a zero offset). I'm also assuming the rims are 7" wide. Just a comparison, I have 17x7.5 (+38 in front, +28 in the rear) 205/40/17 tires, before rolling my rear fenders, I had a HORRIBLE rubbing problem when ever anyone sat in the rear (S.Tech's with TRD shocks).
Options to minimize rubbing is fender work (roll/trim and pull/flare), plus some negative camber. |

Yes, it carved away a nice chunk of my tires. hahahaha. I had to trim the front fender liner to minimize rubbing in the front (not a big deal for me since it was just the liner and not the actual fender).

But we should also consider the fact that I'm probably .2" lower than you since the sedans drop about 2.1" vs the 3-doors 1.9" with the S.Tech's. If you really don't want to deal with rubbing (at least minimize it), get the +20 set. |

Yes, with your current set-up you will have rubbing issues with either offset. Plus, you'll have significant poke which IMHO just looks bad.

Yes, I'm sure you're going to have rubbing problems, especially on the driver's side.

I rubbed with +30 rims in the rear (17x7, 205/40/17 tires). My grids are +40 in the front and +30 in the rear with 205/45/16 tires. No rubbing right now (keep in mind I did roll my rear fenders).

I rubbed with 16x7 +37 (205/50/16) when I had that setup.
My current setup (15x6.5, +40m 195/55/15) only rubs under hard right cornering.
