Question regarding AUX cable.

Apologies in advance if this has been posted before.

I have a 2006 Yaris YRX and I was wondering if there is any sort of AUX cable you can buy that I can plug into the rear of my Stock Stereo and plug it into a 3.5m Jack or iPod/iPhone dock or a female USB plug. I went to Autobarn and they did have one but the pins were too small to fit the rear of my stereo. I really don't want to buy a new head unit either. So if someone can point me in the direction where to get one or that the cable is called.
