Which Engine Air Filter to choose?

after replacing the first one @ the dealer , i felt it's time for me to get an engine air filter that will never need to be replaced. dont really wanna get a CAI done or anything...just plain simple air filter.
Browsing through the sponsors page i found most places offer

i assume they will need so called clean kit as well?
Anyone had experience with those ones i mentioned above? how's the experience with the sponsors? i was thinking abt eBay as well.
and finally for those who live north of the border(GTA to be more specific), any experience in getting an air filter thru those vendors/ebay?
