Voxx Racing 17"
I have those wheels for the next summer, they are 17" Voxx racing 225/45zr17
and I wonder if they will fit on my yaris 2008 HB :o would I need to buy spacers because they are 215? IMG_2044.jpg Last edited by TrYaris; 11-16-2012 at 01:56 PM. |

doubt it. I run 225/45/15.. only rubs in really tight turns.. I am also really low on coilovers.

If you're dropped that could rub but why not just get smaller tires?

TrYaris turn the wheel around and look at the inside. You should see etched into one of the spokes, a little box with a number in it. To the left or right you will see the letters ET. That is the distance in mm that the mounting point of the wheel is spaced from the geometric center of the barrell.
You keep giving us 1. the rim diameter in inches= 17 2. the rim width in inches= 7 3. the tire width in mm= 215 4. the tire profile which is a percentage of the width= 45% (45% X 215MM = 96.75MM) |

17x7 +42 should be ok but 225 is a fat tire so you may get some rubbing especially when turning.
I would get a smaller tire for a 7" wheel but that is up to you. Are you at stock height? If you are then you might not have any rubbing at all. |
