Remote lock option 2013 Base L
The 2012 came with aftermarket alarm/remote lock system, I told the dealer I did not want it, he kept the FOBs, but left the hardware wired up, so I just bought FOBs the next day from the installer!!
The 2013 came with nothing, what are my options? Does the car come with a factory receiver that is not active as in fog lights, whereas the wiring is intact, and I buy FOBs?? If not what is a good remote system?

It definitely doesn't come with the factory receiver. Your best bet price wise would be to install and aftermarket system, like the one on your 2012.
