2007 Yaris Sedan Retrofit done

I just finished the project (Panda?)

I originally started this project after almost hitting deers 4 times and actually ran over dead dear once in past 4 months. (lower front bumper was damaged)

However, I did not want to spend too much money ...(yup I am cheap)

I used bi xenon projectors kit which purchased from Amazon (possible like ebay ones).

I also got new headlights from ebay (cheap $104 for both) because I wanted to keep OEM headlights.

As another member mentioned, lots of cutting and modding is required for sedan headlight due to bottom of projector touches lower part of headlight.

Baking part was kinda scary but was pretty straight forward.
(220F for 8 min and going back when cools down).
Same procedure for closing up the headlights.

I installed headlight without headlight cover to adjust aim and tilt.
(this step is very important before closing up the headlights)

Total cost:

1. New headlights (ebay) = $104 shipped
2. Bi xenon mini projector kit = $42 shipped
3. H4 bi xenon relay kit = $10 shipped
4. H1 hid bulbs = $11 shipped
5. Black Matt auto paint = $6 (local HD)

I already had a old HID kit (raptor? kit?)

Overall, better output than stock halogen bulbs but probably less accurate than high end kit (Morimoto)
