What exactly is Toyota ETC?
Someone help me out here
So ive been wondering what it toyota etc for awhile. it's to the bottom right of the driver's side. I looked it up and it said electronic throttle control but idk exactly what it is... is something suppose to go in there like a disk or something?  Recently it started beeping and a light flashes on it but i cant figure out why |
