New high tech lightweight battery by Ohm

Thought that I would share. I am ordering in the next day or two myself.

The guys running it have been very quick to respond to my questions.

Look at my thread on my 3 lb battery. It costs less than $150 to build one.

In my case I can't use a homemade battery as it would fail tech inspection. I will have to check out the thread though.

my main concerns are:

1) To longer you wait to order the higher the price goes until it hits retail
2) Doesn't come out for a year

Yeah first thing that came to mind was Scott's. I guess to their credit, their's is more elegant and refined plus it has an actual battery next to the capacitors. The campaign price is good if someone were to already be consider to making one themselves.
