FM transmitter in the cigarette lighter opening
I'm not going to put any more money into my Yaris since I recently had to replace both the clutch and the driver side axle.....so I got an FM transmitter to play my music through from my phone.
Can I leave it plugged into the "cigarette lighter" receptacle or should I remove it when I'm not driving? When I turn off the car, the lights go out on the transmitter but I sure don't want to drain the battery. |

The cigarette lighter is keyed to the ignition. When the car is off it is off. You can leave it plugged in.
