Debadging Good or Bad?
My car has recently over gone a complete spray job. In order to re-spray the vehicle, the dealer had to remove the badges from my car. I believe that without all of the silly little chrome badges all over the car, it can make it much more classy. What do you think?
To see debadged pictures of my yaris .. check out this link: http://www.yaris.fpic.co.uk/p41433667.html Regards, Anthony |

you might just want to put the rear toyota emblem back on, that oval hole just looks weird without anything in it...

I like your big ole' clean, shiny, black booty.
I think I might go out an hack mine off now. I hate cleaning around that thing on my ass.

I agree... the hatch design is centered around the logo. All the lines meet at the oval, they even offset the oval to accept the emblem, so it's kinda important design element.

I am going get the center badge sprayed black and when it is in, it will give the back of the car more structure as well as putting something in the whole in the middle

I don't like the "debadged" look; I think it looks like a damaged/wrecked car was rebuilt incompletley leaving an unfinished look (To sloppy or hurried to even replace the badges, AKA- cheap fix ). Just what I see when a car lacks details.

I know it's a Toyota Yaris, I don't need a reminder every day

Heh, when I get one, I'm going to have some decals custom made to replace the "T" badges. I wanna drive an Autobot!

I debadged my car a few months ago, and I love the look. Much cleaner IMO. I would throw in a nice rear Netz badge and/or a black Toy logo to finish the look.
