Rarest Yaris HB color available in US???

What is the rarest available color of the Yaris HB in the USA? or at least hard to find at your dealers...

While I'm at it,

Is the Yaris really the best Auto X "er" in the Sub Compact 5 passenger category? And what's the best place to go practice when there is no event?

Thanks peepz!

I don't think any of them are rare. I could have bought any color I wanted to but I would say there were less silvers, then black probably because of popularity. Dunno.

The rarest color was called 'week-old meat brown'. Was made available on a test basis for a week and then recalled for lack of public interest. I think they sold one to a guy named Chuck in Indiana.

Seriously, though. It's a Yaris. Pretty sure none of the colors are particularly rare. I think the really bright colors like red are probably a little more uncommon just because most people tend towards the more understated silver, black etc.

The Yaris excells @ Autox . I used to practice at school parking lots . Just remember to pick a school with a wide open parking lot . No light post and few curbs . Oh and snag a few cones from a contruction site :)

I've also found that playing GT or Forza REALLY helps with "eye time" IE. your eyes will learn to judge speed and distance much better . The only bad thing about video games is there are no G's .

Hope this helps

I see lots of black and blazing blue around here. I've only seen a few red, white and bayou blue.

Which color then is the least prone to getting "swirlies"?

Oh, and in auto-X what car gets the best times when auto-x'ing? (I'm sure its not the tC or the Escalade )

well all of the colors are metallic except for red and white, I think I'm right there correct me if I'm wrong, I chose white because it is visible and safe and easy to touch up and the heat factor in texas

metallic is harder to touch up

I would think this would show more on the darker finishes but people should probably be a little more careful waxing their cars that have this condition.

Around these parts the Bayou is rare, followed by the orange!

When I was trying to get a black one, my salesman showed me the production breakdown from Toyota. I know that Meteorite Metallic was the highest production # - about three times more than black. I don't recall what was the rarest.

I was going to get the Blazing Blue LB, but my wife said only one blue car per driveway.
I have yet to see one one of these.

I wish we can get those JDM metallic colors. Metallic-pink, matallic-green, metallic-yellow, metallic-blue.. These colors are so soft, and I bet all girls like them.

I am sure you see this link already.

I think there's so few of the HB color options that none of them are really hard to come by unlike the sedan where the jade sea and pale green colors seem to be almost nonexistant.

over here there's a sickly brown-orange shade offered, it's really not that attractive, and you really rarely see them, maybe 1 out of 50..
