won't start after 5 days of extreme cold weather, battery fine

Yaris 2014 LE Hatchback.

We had about 5 days of up to -20F weather.

I didn't use the car during that time. Was parked outside.

Today we have 40F weather. Tried starting it. The battery seems fine, the car tries to start, but it doesn't start. It just makes the neighing sound. I even tried to have it jumped with my neighbor's car, but he also told me that the battery seems fine. Also, the dash lights, dome light etc. are working when the car is off.

My neighbor's dad is good at mechanic work but lives elsewhere. According to the dad, based on the symptoms we gave him, he thinks it could be the spark plugs or the fuel pump.

On the internet I read that it could be a frozen engine oil issue. But I pulled out the dipstick to check and the engine oil is liquid.

Another data point: previous to this week, we've had some very cold weather too (-10F), and the car when starting would make the squealing noise that is common in cold weather. I didn't think much of it.

Your thoughts on how to diagnose or fix the issue?

(It's Saturday here. I'll probably wait to till Monday to have it towed and repaired at a shop.)

It's a 40F day today, and 50F day tomorrow.

Hoping it'll thaw out if that's the case.
