Daytime running lamps suck
Twice, I have had people tell me that I have no tail lights. I keep forgetting to turn the lights on. Our Scion TC turns itself on and off. Is there a way to setup the Yaris like this?

I hate daytime running lights. I like being in control.

You can buy an "auto light on sensor".
Google it you'll find them. |

oh, I didn't realize you guys had that package with the running lights, I don't or I would have followed the DIY to deactivate.

They are for safety reasons so other drivers can see you better on the highway (esp. at dusk or in shadows). Still didn't stop someone from cutting in front of my car and smashing it though in town. I personally like them, I just have to remember to turn the lights fully on at night. Here is the wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daytime_running_lamp

AGREED. with those horns, it sounds like a silly clown car. I'm working on getting some big air horns so people will stop being buttheads on the road.

I totally agree. I think it's the exact same horn as my '04 Yamaha Zuma scooter. When I install my intake this weekend I'm going to pull the horn off of my burnt LeBaron. At least that doesn't sound like Road Runner.
