In car Audio - Head Unit installed but a little problem...

Hey guys

I bought an Alpine CDE-9871R headunit and managed to get it installed and working but came across a few annoying problems.

This picture shows the connections to the stock Toyota head unit (tape recorder).
Could anyone please tell me what the connection to the far right is? I couldnt find anywhere to plug it in, but I suspect its the connection for the door speakers since my door speakers are not working.

If I am right about this being the connection for the door speakers, then any suggestions to how I get the door speakers working?

Thank you.
