Tenabe Springs tire rub/bad on sedan

1 week after or so after I installed my springs, Im rubbing bad on every little bumb, my 18's are rubbing on the inner part of the wheel where the fender rolls inwards.

Can i grind it off with out N E problemos

Has anyone done this yet

1.You can always take off the fender rolls. I believe it's 3 screws on each side plus those black push in the middle screw (5?)
2.Don't know what size tires you're running that may be a problem.
3.Get new shocks? The ones more suited for lowering springs
4. Tuck in your rims.
5. If you haven't had an alignment test
6. get smaller rims? (Just being an a$s sorry >.<)

Those are some suggestions. I personally think suggestions 2 and 3 will help solve the problem but hey...I'm not a master mechanic

rolling your fenders is another option...

I had this same problem. Installing a rear sway bar helps quite a bit, but won't solve your problem. I'm currently sanding away that inner lip on the fender but there appears to be some metal inside there making it difficult. I did manage to grind away about 1/10th inch or so from the inner fender. No rubbing yet, but I haven't had anyone in the back seat either... I'm running 18's with nf210s

i hate to interject, but I just ordered my '08 Yaris, and I haven't gotten it yet, looking to get my own aftermarket exhaust tip, can anyone tell me the muffler tip diameter on the '07? I know this has nothing to do with this thred, but you are online

u can also do some good allignments. Anytime you lower a car, change a wheel, your allignment will be off. That's something you'll have to expect.

I just got my tires/wheels mounted and I'm rubbing also and it's on stupid all bumps and holes in the road - did grinding it workout? I might do that this Saturday...

well i have the same problem with my 17" when i put ppl in my back seat and i have the speaker box in the trunk it touches. but i was hoping to put the Tein S tech springs it suppose to be like 2" drop back and front but i really dont know what to now that urs rel touching still. i was hoping the spring may be stiffer but how much inches is urs lowered by because if u cut the inner lip in the fender isnt there is pssibility of cutting your tyre?? im not sure im just asking because i would like to nkow what to do also
