Top 5 Accessories That Didn't Come Stock?

List your top 5 favorite accessories that you have added or want to add to your Yaris. Pedal covers, shift knobs, spoilers or whatever it may be. I am curious as to what Yaris owners are doing to their cars.

In no particular order; spoiler (available stock spoiler is weak), neoprene dash pads, lowering springs, arm rest with storage, and ALL Yarii should have the split rear folding seat.

1) Window tint (keeps the dark interior much cooler, especially when used with cracked windows and a sun shade for the windshield)

2) Window visors (they allow you to keep the windows cracked in almost all weather conditions)

3) Steering wheel cover (I think the stock wheel is too small by itself)

4) Arm rest (I got a stock one from a sedan owner and it makes distance driving much more comfortable)

5) Mud flaps (I got the stock set from a Canadian owner and they make a big difference by keeping snow off of the side skirts and that clinging mist off of the rear windshield in wet conditions).

i think they go into the driver-side glove compartment so that what ever you put in there doesn't "clank" around when cornering or going over uneven pavement.

oh so many choices But here are those that give me the most satisfaction both for usefulness and aesthetics...

1) TWM short shifter + Redline leather shift boot + Momo shift knob
2) Big white rims (ok not so practical but they look sooo goood) + lowered suspension
3) Sound system with iPod connectivity (not stock here)
4) GPS unit (or I'd be lost in Cambodia or something by now)
5) JDM rear bumper + LED taillights, what a sexy rear view... and LEDs don't burn out, that's a safety bonus!

Very cool so far. Someone tell me how the armrest mounts? Does it cover up the little cup holder at the back of the console? Interfere with the parking brake? Also, can the LED tail lights be gotten in the US? How much we talking here? I appreciate your participation.

I can't speak for the after market models but the stock one does cover up the cup holder, but it comes with its own as a replacement. It makes it difficult to reach the parking brake in its down position but you just flip it up to get it out of the way. No biggie.

The most obvious is a nice stainless exhaust tip. The stock exhaust pipe is miniscule and just looks silly!
