I jumped and free-fell out of Soviet-built helicopters, with hungover pilots at the controls, in the Tatra Mountains of Slovakia. A conscript who was making maybe $10/month packed my parachute. I survived, so driving my Yaris doesn't scare me; even if an emergency situation arises. Maintain control, assess the situation and correct the situation. At no point will panicking ever help; but being trained and practicing what to do in an emergency beforehand will!
