I'd say with the 23mm that while possible to do, have a friend on hand to help fit it on one side while you get the other. Mine anyways, was a very close fit for where you install it, so it helps to have another hand to line it up.

It's not hard to put on at all though. 4 bolts and your done! The difference it makes is quite surprising, especially the 23mm.
