advice on size

Hi All,

I was offered a a set of 215/45/15 for a reasonable price.
They are on GSR fat 5 wheels, the tires are primo (I never heard of them).
Offset is 45.
My car is not lowered.
I believe I will get decreased mileage.
Any advantage to these over stock?
Most of my driving is straight line and usually in the city.
Thanks,
Steve
