It would be messy, but would it not be advantageous at this point to disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail?

If gas immediately flows out, you know your line is at least pressurized which is good. After that, if fuel still flows out of the line with key on or cranking, even better. Eliminates pump as a suspect would it not?

You know the coils are working as you can run the car by feeding fluid into the TB. That would leave you with an injector issue.
