OK. I always want to say that it was standard on 09+, but forget that it was part of certain packages.

Check the following:

20 A EFI fuse in the under hood fuse panel

At the injectors, with the ignition switch in the on position, remove the connector from injector #1 (closes to the belt) and check for 12V on the green wire.

If that is present, check the following:

If you remove the lower steering column cover (two screws behind the steering wheel, which are visible when it is rotated slightly and a third by the tilt wheel lever) you can access the ignition switch connector.

On it, check the following:

Yellow and Grey wires should have 12V with ignition off

White should have 12V with ACC on

Green and Pink should have 12V with IG in ON position

Black should have 12V while cranking the starter
