just an update. I replaced my oil control valve with another unit. My old unit was faulty for sure and actually came out in two pieces. Car is now running again. Drove for most of the day but the p0012 CEL came back. :(

ECU was clear because my negative battery terminal was disconnected for 2 days. Looks like it's a VVT-i issue?

Sorry to hear there might be a bigger problem. I actually just broke my OCV... Oops. By any chance you have a suggestion on where to get one online? Bastard is hard to find anywhere and I don't really want to go to the Stealership. Especially in Germany. Euros are expensive! Thanks
