Yep, i used "sticker bomb 2". you can buy the first and second one at Barnes and Nobles, and I'm sure other bookstores as well. There's probably lots of other books with stickers like that too.
I'm thinking about doing the cup holders next, and possibly the little item tray in front of the shifter. the glare on the speedo isn't as bad as i thought it was going to be, but it is there. |

I'm thinking of putting some sort of film over the speedo plastic to get rid of the glare, also. not quite sure what I would use though....

been slackin, haven't looked for the matte laptop screen protector, but i did another dash piece! oh look, pictures.
![]() Stickers with first coat of Mod Podge, don't worry, it dries clear! also, don't worry about the stuff on the sides, we cut that later. ![]() Peppercorn thinks she can help, as usual. Glad she didnt try to lay down on this one, she has a thing with laying on whatever I'm doing. ![]() Hey, look at that. Four coats of Mod and a razor blade to cut the stickers i pushed into the lock button housing (after it all dried) so the lock could function freely, and it's done! thinking about carefully cutting out the other accessory covers so i can add things to them in the future. i almost drilled a hole in one and put a switch in it, but i opted not to in case i go another route when i need a switch. Pictures of it in car soon! In car picture edit GO! ![]() ![]() at first i did not like the cup holders, but they grew on me. i am pleased with how the switch panel turned out, also. :) Last edited by mr_miles; 12-16-2011 at 05:06 PM. |
