There's no other way to retain the same location of your intake without cutting and welding. And it would be a pain, because you'd need to remove the unit to cut it and take to to a welder. It would definitely an advanced project, but not a difficult one as aluminum is really soft and cuts and welds easily. One day someone with the mechanical skills will try a SC 1ZZ. I bet it would be an effing screamer because even running normally aspirated, the throttle response is truly amazing.

This is on my to-do list once I get my A/F monitoring under control. I just got a set of 255 cc injectors and a scangauge II this morning and an injen CAI last week.
