The fuse panel cover inside the car under steering wheel has diagram of two acc 7.5 a fuses along with 30A power fuse and one other. Their all intact. The cover says BM in that section. They mean the ones in front by wiring harnesses? Wondering what that AMT pin is still inside fuse box in engine compartment. Any ideas?

The AC system has one 7.5A fuse for the AC ECU, a 40A HTR fuse for driving the fan and a 40A HTR1 and a 30A HTR2 fuse for the PTC heater. None of those would make your alternator output as little as it is.
