Haha! That's why I haven't gone down to the dealer to check the one Yaris they have on the lot. :)

I like the comparison shot. The 2018 does look more modern and stylized. The close up of the new "mouth" is pretty cool. I didn't know it had a cool hexagonal pattern.

Honestly, I think both cars look great though!

us yaris redesigns are a combonation of all 3, honestly yeah it looks great on the outside when are they gonna start throwing the corolla motor in the Sport Editions its too underpowered to drive daily so they either offer a supercharger from TRD or start bumping up the power because honestly its been 3 generations and its just a reshell and some gadgets. its scarying away buyers.

Throwback to the second gen.

Overall, I'm not a big fan of it. The tail lights remind me of the Corolla hatch / iM; no longer feel unique to the Yaris as they did previously. I also don't like the faux slats on the rear bumper. The entire car feels as though it's been stretched a bit over time; no longer as much of the egg it was in the second gen. Again, getting more and more like the Corolla hatch / iM than I'd prefer.
