Whenever I see a car cominig up fast behind me when I'm stopped, I aways pump my brake to get their attention to STOP! One never knows if they are paying attention to their driving or not. (see below)

BTW, two things that really gets on my nerves are tail gaiters and cell phone users.

I have to get out every now and then and yell at the person honking at me. I will never creep out with my son in the car either. I tell the person that the life of me and my son is not worth the few seconds I might get somewhere faster because I can't see to the left.
This one I understand ... and driving a Yaris it is tough sometimes to see past that truck or SUV. I just wait til it is safe ... no matter how long that takes. I don't care if someone is honking .. as well they are just clueless most of the time.

LOL ... he has never been to Alberta. If you have seen the show "Canada's Worst Driver", most of the people come from Alberta. The thing about here .. is that you have to be only 14 to get a drivers license and don't have to take a road test. You just have to have a "regular" driver in the passenger seat.

When I was 16 and was taking driver training .. I couldn't drive at all (it was also winter). I made it about 1/2 block before I got kicked out of the drivers seat. But it helped me learn how to drive . . something I now appreciate.

I think that learning how to drive when conditions are at the worst .. help people learn how really how to drive.

Try to be in the country where I am now, wherein you are at a three lane street you are in the middle and the guy farthest right wants to make a u-turn and even have the nerves to be upset at you when you floor the horn on his BS antics now try that on for size....

Or when you are already travelling at 120kms/h and the big GMC behind you kept flashing and speeding more to almost hit you and let you move away like as if the road belongs to him alone.....we have a lot of class A morons here in this country.

Drivers who, for whatever reason, lets assume it's a valid reason, pull to the side onto the shoulder of an interstate hwy. or any busy road. BUT, they don't pull off as far as frigging possible, it's like they are afraid they might roll their car, or like once they are off the white line denoting the side lane they are safe. Stupid, I pull over as far as I can, maybe 10' off the white line, maybe until I DO almost tip over on the berm.... even then I never take my eyes off oncoming traffic as their are too many who will just be on auto pilot and will just drive up your arsehole, not noticing you are pulled over.

People who merge like their parking brake is on, especially annoying if they are driving some powerful rig and then when they finally get up speed they are at 75 or better. I usually cruise the interstate in my area at 60 to 62, but I don't merge at 20, I merge at 55 or higher, sometimes I merge faster then my cruising speed just to blend in better.

One of the busiest intersections in town has a merge lane (35 mph/city streets) so if you are turning left you don't have to wait at the light, often there is traffic coming and like merging on an interstate no problem if you enter the flow at a similar speed. About 80% of our local drivers STOP at the edge of the traffic flow, ignoring the fact the city recently extended the merge lane a 1/4 mile or more, so even if you can't merge you have plenty of time to try to, then you always stop but in 35 years of driving this town I have never had to do that, you can always merge if you keep your speed up.

One last thing, I drive for work a 40,000 lb. crane truck, and we have a lot of hills here on our on ramps. So it is a bitch to enter the traffic flow (interstate) with the speed I'd like, sometimes I am forced to merge while I'm still gearing up and going maybe 35....and now that I am at the decision point and actually pulling into the traffic lane, there may be no room, both lanes may be occupied. In a the Yaris I just romp on it and smoothly merge, I don't have the option in the crane, BUT, I am not afraid to keep building my speed, while on the 20' wide paved shoulder, this freaks some out. I feel it's safer then coming to a complete stop on the frigging onramp. Sometimes I have gone a few hundred yards on the shoulder (again, paved and solid) until finally getting up to speed and finding a slot to enter the actual road. And yeah it is great fun to get back into the zippy Yaris after driving that pig of a crane truck!

Unless the law has changed, it isn't legal to have an ear bud in both ears while driving in California (one ear yes, but not two).
